Introduction:
To bridge the digital divide by deploying satellite-based internet access (VSAT) in remote and rural areas of Indonesia, which lack terrestrial network coverage. The use of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) technology was key to enabling two-way data communication in these isolated locations.
As the Project Manager at a subcontracting company, I was responsible for the end-to-end management of the project. My duties included internal and external coordination, creating comprehensive installation and activation plans, and managing project schedules.

I successfully managed the installation and activation of VSAT systems at 162 locations in Bengkulu Province. I directly led a team of 5 people from the head office and indirectly managed 22 freelance technicians through 2 field coordinators.
Project Impact:
This project brought significant positive change to the communities served. It enabled students to access online learning materials, streamlined communication at village offices, and enhanced healthcare services at local clinics.
